Hi, my name is Olena and I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for those needing support, education, and skills to work through disturbing life events, whether big or small. Through mindful guidance, I'll help you become your best self.
I have been a dedicated psychotherapist for over a decade, and continue to have a passion for clients and my profession. I have a double Master’s Degree in Psychology and Social Work from Temple University, PA. My expertise includes trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, and eating disorders. As an EMDR therapist, I also use CBT, CPT, and TF-CBT for trauma-focused therapy.
